Step # 1: Go to your blogger Dashboard and Click on New Post. You can create a new Post but it's not publish at any moment.
Step # 2: In post editor type in a message to your visitor and add a image. And also, inter a link to your blog's homepage and contact page.
Step 3: Now! Click on HTML tab of the post and copy the code from there. Save post but do not publish it.
Step 4: Close the post editor and go to Setting > Search Preferences > Custome Page not found
Step 5: Paste the copied code and click on Save Changes
